We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Visa Counsellor to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their study-abroad goals, and guiding them through the visa and admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and visa requirements.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, and institutions.
Handle student queries through calls, messages, and face-to-face counselling.
Guide students through the admission and visa application process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and application processing.
Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow-ups.
Stay updated with changes in visa policies, admission requirements, and immigration procedures.

Requirements




Previous experience in visa counselling / study abroad counselling preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations and visa processes.
Ability to counsel and convert prospective students professionally.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong communication skills may also be considered.
