We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive market growth, expand our B2B client base, and promote our protective packaging solutions (including air bubble bags, foam pouches, thermal insulation, and custom packaging materials). In this role, you will lead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and develop targeted marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand presence across industrial manufacturing hubs.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & B2B Sales: Prospect, identify, and convert current B2B accounts across manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and e-commerce sectors.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement managers, industrial packaging heads, and supply chain partners.
Product Presentation & Demos: Present tailored packaging solutions to clients based on their specific product protection, dimensions, and shipping needs.
Quote Preparation & Negotiation: Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders while ensuring sustainable profit margins.
Marketing & Campaign Management: Execute targeted offline and digital promotional campaigns,



product showcase displays, and print advertising to generate quality leads.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify emerging packaging requirements in regional markets.
Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain precise logs of sales leads, follow-ups, contract renewals, and monthly target achievements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within industrial packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; basic understanding of digital marketing or visual promotional materials is a plus.
Mobility: Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, factory visits, and industry expos.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
