About the Role

We are looking for a Career Development Executive/Officer to join our Sales team. This is an end-to-end sales role where you will connect with working professionals interested in upskilling, understand their career goals, and guide them through our program offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Connect daily with working professionals from leads provided through our CRM system to build a pipeline of prospective students
Understand each prospect's career goals and recommend suitable programs based on their interests
Conduct counselling sessions via phone, video call, or in-person meetings to explain program details, curriculum, and enrollment process




Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closure
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements
Prior experience in sales, business development, or counselling is preferred (freshers with robust communication skills may also apply)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable with a target-driven, outbound calling environment
Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Work Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
