Teach all subjects using child-centered and activity-based teaching methods.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments and teaching materials.
Develop students’ academic, communication, creative and social skills.
Conduct class activities, tests, assessments and remedial support.
Monitor students’ academic progress and maintain proper records.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning setting.
Provide individual attention and solve students’ doubts.
Communicate students’ progress with parents.
Participate in school events, co-curricular activities and academic programs.
