Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Private Chef to work at a private residence. The ideal candidate should have robust culinary skills, excellent knowledge of Indian and international cuisines, and the ability to prepare fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meals according to the family's preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for the family as per their preferences and dietary requirements.
Prepare a variety of North Indian, South Indian, and other cuisines as required.
Plan daily and weekly menus based on the family's requirements.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
Coordinate grocery and kitchen requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare meals for guests and special occasions when required.
Adapt dishes according to individual tastes, allergies, and dietary preferences.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.




Work discreetly and professionally within a private household.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a private residence, luxury hotel, or high-end restaurant.
Good knowledge of Indian cuisine, particularly North and South Indian.
Knowledge of continental and other international cuisines will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Ability to prepare healthy and nutritious meals.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and skilled in appearance and conduct.
Should be flexible with working hours based on the family's requirements.
Experience working in a private household will be preferred.
