Team Building, KRAs & Department Strategy

What we’re looking for:
8+ years of digital marketing experience
4+ years leading teams of 8+ members
Solid hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
₹5 Cr+ cumulative paid media spend managed directly
Solid knowledge of SEO, GA4, GTM & website management
Experience with marketing automation & CRM integration
Excellent Hindi & English communication
Willingness to be based in Udaipur, Rajasthan

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
