Job Description – E-commerce Product Listing Executive Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Listing Executive to manage product uploads, catalog accuracy, and online merchandising across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling product data, ensuring accurate listings, and optimizing content to drive sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
Upload product information including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data across all channels.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for SEO and better search visibility.
Coordinate with photography/design teams to upload high-quality product images.
Monitor product listings for errors, stock availability, and price accuracy.
Regularly update promotions, discounts, and offers on products.
Analyze competitor listings and market trends to suggest improvements.
Generate and maintain reports related to product performance and inventory.




Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and sales growth.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing/catalog management.
Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) and CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for bulk uploads and reporting.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
Attention to detail with robust organizational skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple priorities. Key Competencies

Salary: 18-50k

Total Exp – 3 to 8yrs

Week off –Between Monday to Thursday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
