About the Role
We are looking for an Application Engineer who can provide technical support and training for Cimatron CAD/CAM software. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate Cimatron CAD/CAM software to customers.
Provide technical support before and after sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Conduct software training and technical presentations.
Help customers with software installation and implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Visit customer sites for training, support, and software deployment.
Work with the Sales and Technical teams to support business growth.
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technology and industry trends.
Prepare basic technical documents and training materials.
Skills Required
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM and Mold Design/Manufacturing.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
IGTR candidates are preferred/required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
