Manage client orders from confirmation to dispatch; coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse & Logistics; track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, update ERP/CRM, and ensure timely order fulfilment.
2–5 years of experience in Order Processing
Required Candidate profile
Experience in Corporate Gifting, E-commerce
Solid attention to detail and ability to work with multiple orders simultaneously.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
