A ground-level leadership role designed for a high-energy buildersomeone who can step into the field, design activation programs, build distribution networks from scratch, and scale omnichannel revenues efficiently.
Distribution & Field Operations (Core Focus)
GT Expansion: Build, launch, and manage General Trade (GT) route-to-market strategies tailored for premium home care products.
Distributor Management: Onboard, train, and manage Super Stockists, Distributors, and Key Accounts; enforce secondary sales tracking and stock rotation.
Sales Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a lean sales force (ASM/SO level), tracking daily beat plans, strike rates, and bill productivity.
Brand Activation & BTL Marketing
Trade Activation: Design and execute high-ROI In-Store Activations, Wet Sampling/Demos, and End-Cap Displays across high-footfall Up-to-date Trade and Standalone Supermarkets.
Consumer Activation: Plan local community/housing society tie-ups, pop-ups, and eco-initiatives to build brand recall for PUERs plant-based, non-toxic positioning.




PosM & Merchandising: Oversee POSM deployment, planogram compliance, and visual merchandising to maximize shelf share.
Sales Planning & P&L; Ownership

Manage trade schemes, distributor margins, and BTL promotional budgets to keep Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC) and Trade Spend optimized.
Align demand forecasting with manufacturing supply chains to avoid stock-outs or inventory holding costs.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1012 years of hands-on experience in FMCG Sales & Trade Marketing (Home Care, Personal Care, or D2C-turned-Omnichannel brands preferred).
Skills: Solid understanding of general trade distribution, distributor economics, BTL activations, and field-force automation tools (SFA/DMS).
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, ground-level operational capability ("doer" rather than just a strategist), comfort in working with lean team budgets.
