Key Responsibilities:

Acquire recent clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, corporate connections, and other sales activities.

Promote and sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, NPS, and other financial products.

Understand clients' financial goals, investment horizon, and requirements.

Provide suitable financial solutions and assist clients with investment and insurance-related processes.

Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, financial awareness sessions, and corporate seminars.

Follow up with existing and prospective clients for business conversion.

Monitor client portfolios and maintain regular engagement.

Generate business through cross-selling and referral prospects.

Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.

Stay updated with market trends and financial products.





Ensure all sales activities follow applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills Required:

Solid communication and presentation skills.

Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

Client relationship management.

Knowledge of Mutual Funds, SIP, Insurance, NPS, and financial planning.

Lead generation and business development.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to conduct corporate and individual client meetings.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in Financial Services, Mutual Funds, Insurance, Banking, or Investment Advisory is preferred.
Experience:

0–1 years also Freshers Can Apply in Sales, Business Development, Financial Services, Mutual Funds, or Insurance.
