About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE / CRM) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and/or Omnichannel, along with exposure to modern CRM technologies and integrations.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
Work on modules including Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Omnichannel.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and other D365 customizations.
Integrate D365 CE with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Work with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks as required.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Dynamics 365.




Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Prepare technical documentation and contribute to development standards and best practices.
Support client discussions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / CRM.
Good experience in one or more of: D365 Customer Service, D365 Sales, D365 Marketing & D365 Omnichannel
Strong understanding of Dataverse / Common Data Service.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, or related technologies.
Experience developing/customizing D365 plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and business process flows.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, integrations, and data migration.
Strong knowledge of CRM architecture, security roles, solutions, and environment management.
Positive understanding of Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
