Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager responsible for training clients delivery leaders in applying AI to Agile ceremonies, planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.
The role will focus on:
Meeting summaries and action items
Sprint-planning support
Retrospective insights
Risk identification
Executive status reporting
Key Responsibilities
Train delivery leaders on applying AI to Agile ceremonies, planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.
Facilitate and support Agile delivery activities.
Generate and manage meeting summaries and action items.
Provide sprint-planning support.
Drive retrospective insights and continuous improvement discussions.
Identify and track delivery risks.
Prepare and communicate executive status reports.
Validate AI-generated management information before it is used for decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise technology delivery.
Experience facilitating Agile teams.
Solid experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
Experience validating AI-generated management information before it is used for decisions.
Valuable stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience driving change initiatives in Global and Enterprise settings.
