Role & responsibilities
Creation of First Article Inspection (FAI) / Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reports.
Modification of AutoCAD drawings.
Preparation of Laser inspection reports.
Creation of Quality Plans, Receiving, In-process inspection plans.
Creation of 3D Models and detailed manufacturing drawings.
Supporting supply chain department by confirming of order delivery date, expediting delivery date and IFS updation(ERP) etc.,
IFS Technical data management & documentation (ERP).
Collection, review, and maintenance of SQA and ISO documentation.
Preparation of Product cost estimation sheet.
Communicating with clients regarding project status, technical queries, and other project-related matters.

EXPERIENCE:
0 - 3 years experience
Quality assurance /Sheet metal fabrication/ Quality Control / Knowledge in Modelling software

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Positive knowledge in 2-D Drawing Reading.
Effective communication skills are a must. (Written & Oral).
Knowledge in Sheet metal manufacturing & assembly operations.
Knowledge in Solidworks is an added advantage.
AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
