We are looking for a passionate and energetic Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, manage admissions, and build robust relationships with aspirants and parents.

Roles & Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students about SSC and Railway coaching programs.
Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Explain course details, fee structure, batch schedules, and career opportunities.
Maintain student records and admission documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and the academic team regarding batch planning.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Support marketing activities, seminars, and education fairs when required.




Ensure an excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Sales or counseling experience in the education sector.
