Role & responsibilities
Manage and operate the food cart independently from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. NO Targets
Welcome customers and provide friendly, skilled service.
Take customer orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
Explain menu items, prices, offers, and ingredients when required.
Handle cash, UPI, and digital payments responsibly.
Maintain accurate daily sales and payment records.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
Keep the cart, utensils, equipment, and serving area clean and organized.
Monitor stock and inform the owner/manager about replenishment needs.
Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
Encourage repeat business through positive customer service.
Wear the company-provided skilled uniform throughout working hours.
Set up the cart before opening and clean/secure it after closing.
Submit daily sales, cash, UPI, and stock reports to the owner/manager.
Follow all company policies, food-safety standards, and operating procedures; training will be provided.
