A wealth management firm is hiring a Team Leader for its Wealth Relationship Management desk, reporting to the Regional Head / Wealth Head.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team revenue targets
Drive business growth through acquisition of recent HNI / UHNI clients and expansion of existing relationships
Monitor team performance, productivity and client retention
Deepen client relationships across mutual funds, PMS, AIF and investment advisory products
Ensure advisory quality, suitability and regulatory compliance across the team
Success metrics: team revenue targets, AUM growth, current HNI / UHNI client acquisition, client retention and team productivity improvement.
We are looking for proven team leadership alongside a solid personal HNI / UHNI acquisition track record and demonstrated AUM and revenue achievement.
