We are hiring CDP, Commis 2, Commis 3, CDP – Pastry, Commis 2 – Pastry and Commis 3 – Pastry for our kitchen operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle food preparation, cooking, mise en place and daily kitchen production.
Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation.
For pastry roles, assist with baking, desserts, decoration and pastry production.
Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.




Coordinate with the kitchen team and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:
Candidates with relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, catering or central kitchens preferred.
Fresher/entry-level candidates may apply for Commis 3 positions.
Basic knowledge of food preparation; pastry candidates should have basic baking knowledge.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Positive teamwork, discipline and hygiene standards.
