Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate quality leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Wayanad region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, field activities, and other channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Present and explain company products/services effectively.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Prior experience in the education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
