Pre-Admission & Conversion:
Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins.
Explain courses, curriculum, fee structure, payment terms, and contractual clauses clearly.
Follow up with prospective students until conversion.
Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and non-conversions.
Update and manage MIS and CRM data accurately.

Post-Admission Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for students after enrollment.
Address student doubts related to admissions, fees, schedules, and processes.
Coordinate with operations, academic, and other internal teams to resolve student issues.
Arrange meetings, calls, or discussions when required to close queries quickly.
Keep students informed about timetables, classes,



meetings, webinars, and significant updates.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
