Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to oversee day-to-day HR operations while driving recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring efficient execution of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Oversee daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Support onboarding, offboarding,



and employee experience programs.
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
Develop and implement HR policies and process improvements.
Foster a positive and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar HR leadership role.
Solid experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools is preferred.
