Role: Event Creative Head – Kids Experiences & Celebrations

Role Objective

To continuously make Toy Joy Tales feel fresh, creative and exciting by developing current birthday themes, event concepts, décor ideas, activities, workshops and centre experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise current birthday themes and visual directions.
Create moodboards, theme decks and event presentations.
Develop unique ideas for:
Birthday parties
Festivals
Weekend activities
Workshops
Play dates
Plan a monthly activity calendar for the TJT centre.
Research global trends in kids’ entertainment, celebrations, décor and experiences.
Regularly introduce recent DIYs, games, workshops and edutainment concepts.
Develop birthday add-ons and premium experiences that can increase average billing.

Themes
References
Props
Activities
Artists
Vendors

Monthly Salary - 35k to 40k based on knowledge & experience. Days - Mon to Saturday (Sundays if there’s event)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
