We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory levels, and ensure smooth functioning of the store. The candidate will oversee stock handling, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all store activities

Maintain proper stock levels and avoid shortages/excess

Handle inward and outward material movement

Keep records of inventory (manual or software-based)

Conduct regular stock audits and reporting

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams

Ensure proper storage and safety of goods

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Handle vendor deliveries and documentation

Train and supervise store staff (if applicable)

Requirements:





Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in store management

Proven experience as a Store Keeper / Store Incharge

Knowledge of inventory management systems

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Solid organizational and communication skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills:

Experience in warehouse/store operations

Knowledge of stock control methods (FIFO, LIFO)

Leadership and team management skills

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
