Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Showroom Sales Executive to manage our plywood retail showroom in Patna. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Proper Greet, Ambience
Handle day-to-day showroom operations
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure proper product display and customer experience
Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
Track sales performance and prepare reports
Ensure timely delivery by coordinating Dispatch Team
Maintain an productive supply chain by providing early alerts for short-stock items.

Requirements:
Experience in retail sales or showroom management (Plywood, hardware, or building materials preferred)
Solid communication and leadership abilities
Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory systems
