Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Senior Process Associates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling US customers in an International Voice Process, with robust communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process.
Experience in a Sales Process is preferred.
Experience handling US customers is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.




Basic knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools.
Comfortable working in US Night Shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
