Key Responsibilities
Install and set up robotic massage chairs at stores and customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and electrical issues.
Perform regular maintenance and repair of products.
Visit customer locations for installation, service, and complaint resolution.
Replace faulty parts and ensure proper functioning of products.
Conduct product testing after installation or repair.
Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and spare parts used.
Coordinate with the Service, Sales, and Operations teams.
Explain basic product usage and technical precautions to customers.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Follow company safety and service standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical,



Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in technical service, installation, or maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
