We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our E-commerce & Trading Business.
Responsibilities:
Outbound & inbound customer calling
Follow-up on enquiries, leads & orders
Explain products, prices & offers
Generate & convert leads into sales
Handle customer queries through Call & WhatsApp
Follow up with dealers, retailers & customers
Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with sales, packing & dispatch teams
Requirements:
0–3 years experience; Freshers can apply
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati
Basic English communication preferred
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp
Positive convincing & negotiation skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales-oriented and target-focused
