Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for aproactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, promote shipping and logistics services, and convert enquiries into business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
Handle customer enquiries and understand their shipping requirements.
Promote and explain the company’s shipping and logistics services.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with relevant teams for pricing.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Achieve assigned sales targets and follow-up objectives.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely responses.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing sales.
Shipping/logistics experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
