Required Experience & Skills
5–10 years of experience in business operations.
Ability to analyze operational issues and recommend structured solutions
Robust analytical thinking and decision-making ability
Positive Excel and reporting skills
An MBA in Management or Operations is preferred but not mandatory. Practical exposure and structured thinking are more key.
