Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor electrical/production machinery as per SOPs and production requirements.
Set and adjust basic machine parameters, controls, and operating settings.
Monitor machine performance and identify electrical or operational abnormalities.
Perform basic troubleshooting of sensors, switches, motors, relays, contactors, and control panels.
Conduct routine machine inspections and ensure proper functioning of electrical components.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and technical issues.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Perform basic preventive maintenance and machine cleaning as per schedule.
Follow electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain machine operation, production, and maintenance records.
Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Follow 5S, housekeeping, and workplace discipline on the shop floor.
