Job Description
Achieve assigned cross-selling and sales targets for the company’s financial products.
Generate business through existing customers, referrals, leads, and other sources.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to the existing customer base.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and closure of customer applications.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.




Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and other business sources.
Maintain accurate sales activity, lead, and customer reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and processes.

Eligibility & Skills
0–1 year of experience in sales, cross-sales, BFSI, financial services, or customer relationship management.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer relationship and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Positive networking and business development skills.
Comfortable with field sales and local travel.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
