Position: GSA / Sr. GSA – F&B; Service
Department: Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and personalized service to guests in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.
Ensure proper table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and service readiness.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.
Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations.
For Sr. GSA, guide and support junior team members and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

Candidate Requirements
5-star hotel experience is mandatory.




International hotel brand experience is mandatory.
Previous experience in F&B; Service is required.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid guest-handling and customer-service skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel workplace.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS and hotel operating systems.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Good English communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
