About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups and admissions for our professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online leads.
Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission process and career opportunities.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and admission records.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the academic and training teams for student onboarding.
Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, workshops and promotional activities.
Prepare daily and weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
