Key Responsibilities:
Explain job opportunities and services offered by Brothers International.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Assist in post recruitment activities (Offer Issuance, Briefing etc)
Follow up with candidates.
Achieve daily/weekly targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate with valuable communication skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred).
Prior telecalling/telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
Prior experience in manpower sourcing company is highly preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Energetic, confident, and result-oriented personality.

Locally available candidates are more preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
