Job Responsibilities
Prepare, edit and optimize VMC CNC programs.
Develop programs based on 2D drawings and 3D models.
Knowledge of G-Codes & M-Codes.
Handle tool selection, tool offsets and work offsets.
Set cutting parameters, speeds and feeds.
Perform machine setting and support production activities.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Check components using Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Optimize programs for better cycle time, tool life and quality.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
Maintain CNC programs and process documentation.

Preferred Skills
SMITRON software knowledge – Preferred
VMC programming and setting
CNC milling knowledge
Tooling and fixture knowledge
Drawing & GD&T; knowledge
Valuable problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
