Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

Conduct regular and surprise audits of gold loans, pledged ornaments, and vault stock.
Verify gold weight, and valuation as per company standards.
Cross-check all loan-related documents and ensure data accuracy in the system.
Cross check all statutory records as instructed by Audit Manager
Identify discrepancies or potential fraud and report findings to the audit manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI norms, and audit procedures.
Coordinate with branch managers and staff for audit rectifications.
Prepare audit reports and present findings with corrective action suggestions.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of gold assets.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in gold loan industry audits
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills




Knowledge of audit procedures and compliance standards
MS Excel and audit report preparation
Communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Must be able to Communicate in English and Malayalam

Salary : Rs 25,000 + TA + Out station Allowance

Candidates in and around Alappuzha who are willing to travel are preferred.
