The investment banking arm of a diversified business group, servicing private equity, M&A;, joint ventures and India entry mandates, is hiring a Manager for Business Development.
Reports to the Directors.

Key responsibilities:
Work on transactions across stages: sourcing, execution, investor outreach, due diligence and closure
Lead and participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads
both companies and investors
Manage the team preparing information memorandums, management presentations and other transaction collaterals
Support financial analysis, valuation and deal structuring
Maintain investor and client relationships through the transaction lifecycle

Ideal profiles:
Client-facing specialists from Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Private Equity / VC, Startup Advisory or Corporate Finance.
We are looking for valuable MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a proactive approach with high ownership and fluent communication.
