We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, robust scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration hub.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.




Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and MID Server .
Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer ) preferred.
