The People Success Manager – India will translate global HR strategies into local execution, ensuring employees are empowered with the right skills, career prospects, and support to succeed. This role focuses on scaling the organization with a global mindset, fostering exceptional talent, and driving a culture of positivity, inclusivity, and engagement to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
People Development & Growth:
Own and drive adoption of e.l.f.U across teams.
Identify skills gaps and collaborate to design tailored training programs and career development plans.
Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support career progression.
Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Educate, facilitate, and embed high-performing team frameworks among employees and teams.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.




Champion high-performance teamwork and company values, embedding a one team, one dream mindset.
Act as a culture ambassador to ensure a team-oriented, respectful, and inspiring workplace.
Monitor and measure cultural health using surveys, feedback, and engagement tools.
Strategic Justification:

Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR, People Development, or related functions.
Work experience in People, Culture, and Learning & Development (L&D;) preferred.
