Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Offering Managers and analysts to gather requirements for products and services.
Design best-in-class CPQ solutions to meet configuration and commerce needs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) configurations, including BOM-based and complex product models.
Create and maintain product configurator specifications, including item master, pricing, sales UI, rules, proposals, and submittals.
Build and support SOA-based integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth business operations.
Develop and execute test scripts to validate configuration models and functionality.
Support recent product introduction and engineering changes by advising on product structure and configuration models.
Define and enforce product configuration modeling standards to improve efficiency and reduce development cycles.
Act as a technical SME for Oracle CPQ, providing guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams.
Participate in project management activities, team meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Adhere to global CPQ initiatives, documentation, and IT audit policies.
