Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:
Visit customer sites to install and commission PACs and Chillers.
Ensure systems are operational according to manufacturer specifications.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure optimal HVAC performance.
Respond promptly to breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

Customer Support & Technical Guidance:
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Provide technical guidance on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
Maintain accurate service records using appropriate documentation systems.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with internal teams,



including sales and engineering, to resolve issues.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Professionalism & Safety:
Uphold safety standards and protocols during all in office activities.
Demonstrate professionalism and high-quality service in interactions with customers and colleagues.

Travel & Interpersonal Skills:
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and teams.
