Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments; ensure timely and accurate cash / digital collections
Follow up on overdue accounts & pending payments
Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the supervisor
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a field collection role.
Experience in NBFC / BFSI collections preferred.
Valuable communication and client handling skills.
