The Vehicle CAE Project Leader - NVH will lead Noise, Vibration and Harshness simulation activities for vehicle development programs. The position requires expertise in body structures, energetic performance, cabin acoustics, and CAE-test correlation.
Experience:
7 to 12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead NVH simulation activities for vehicle programs.
Develop and validate FE models using ANSA and META.
Perform Body-in-White static and energetic stiffness assessments.
Conduct body modes and modal analysis studies.
Execute Trimmed Body NVH simulations.
Investigate vibration transmission paths and cabin noise issues.
Correlate CAE results with test laboratory measurements.
Recommend design improvements to meet NVH targets.
Lead technical discussions with customers and cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior analysts and review technical deliverables.
