SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant LTI Experience Mandatory

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with robust functional expertise in the SuccessFactors Compensation module. LTI (Long-Term Incentive) experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Compensation module.
Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation and support.
Minimum 1 implementation project and 1 support project in SuccessFactors Compensation.
Mandatory experience with LTI (Long-Term Incentive) compensation.
Must hold a valid SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification.
Experience supporting the annual compensation cycle, including configuration, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
Good experience with custom compensation statements.
Positive understanding of other SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration with Compensation.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
