Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle Demantra Demand Management and Sales & Operations Planning modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into Demantra configurations, workflows, and integration points.
Customize Demantra worksheets, workflows, series expressions, and levels.
Integrate Demantra with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion SCM modules (e.g., ASCP, INV, PO).
Work with end users to provide functional and technical support, resolve issues, and improve forecast accuracy.
Perform data analysis, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality planning results.
Develop and maintain Demantra Engine profiles, EP_LOAD processes, and simulation scenarios.
Document technical and functional specifications, SOPs, and test scripts.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams in Agile or Waterfall settings.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain,



Engineering, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Oracle Demantra implementations and support.
Proficient in Demantra Demand Management, S&OP;, and integration with Oracle EBS (11i or R12).
Solid knowledge of Demantra data model, workflows, and Analytical Engine.
Experience with PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle DB, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle ODI, BPEL, or custom scripts).

Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Oracle ASCP, Fusion SCM, or other advanced planning systems.
Experience with custom Demantra add-ons or external data integrations (e.g., Excel macros, BI tools).
Knowledge of supply chain planning processes, forecast modeling, and statistical algorithms.
Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Demantra Implementation Specialist).
