About the Role:

We are hiring AI/ML Engineers to design, develop and optimize machine learning models and AI pipelines that power advanced analytics, risk intelligence and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Build and optimize ML models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection and NLP tasks.
Data Engineering: Work with largescale structured/unstructured financial datasets, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Deployment: Implement scalable ML pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Collaboration: Partner with business, risk, and compliance teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor model performance, retrain, and finetune for accuracy and efficiency.

Core Skillset:




Robust programming skills in Python, R, SQL, PySpark.
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ScikitLearn).
Handson with data pipelines (ETL, ADF, Databricks).
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and timeseries modeling.
Familiarity with datasets (trading, risk, compliance).

Valuable to Have:
Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in capital markets.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for model visualization.
