Role & responsibilities
Role Focus: Daily oversight of housekeeping, security, vendor performance, and workplace hygiene.
Core Goal: Maintain high facility standards and resolve occupant complaints quickly.
Experience Level: 2 to 5 years in facility management or hospitality.
Education: Bachelors degree or a Diploma in Hotel/Facility Management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Hygiene: Supervise cleaning staff, monitor washroom hygiene, and manage deep-cleaning schedules.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies for pest control, landscaping, cafeteria, and security services.
Stock & Inventory: Track cleaning chemicals, pantry supplies, and uniform stocks to prevent shortages.
SLA & Quality Control: Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met.
Client Relations: Address employee or tenant feedback and resolve facility complaints within target times.
Safety & Compliance: Assist in safety drills, maintain incident logs, and ensure adherence to health regulations
