Requirements
Bachelor degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the staffing industry.
Robust knowledge of AR/AP functions, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Experience with report generation using financial software (QuickBooks, Zohobooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
Proven ability to manage and develop a finance team.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership and external stakeholders.
