Robust understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; CPQ knowledge is a plus).
Experience with Finance and Sales processes: Lead Management Prospect Management Pricing/Quoting Invoicing & Billing
Revenue recognition concepts Solid understanding of the data lifecycle, ETL concepts, data modelling, and reporting structures.
Ability to write detailed user stories, BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and use case documents.
Hands-on with tools like:JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio Excel, SQL (basic knowledge preferred) Power BI/Tableau exposure (added advantage)Ability to perform data analysis, identify trends, and provide insights.
