Role & responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of retail outlets.
Plan and implement preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
Handle AC, DG and other store maintenance activities.
Monitor electricity consumption at stores and identify opportunities for energy/cost savings.
Monitor and maintain spare parts, maintenance inventory and assets.
Control and monitor maintenance, repair & manpower budgets.
Coordinate maintenance activities for current store setup and existing store upgrades.
Analyze maintenance-related issues, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Track maintenance performance and support continuous improvement of store operations.
Coordinate with vendors/service partners for maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related breakdowns and issues.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with 37 years of experience in retail/store maintenance, facilities maintenance or commercial property maintenance.
Solid hands-on exposure to AC and DG maintenance is preferred.
Candidates from Retail, Shopping Mall, Commercial Facilities, Hospitality, FM or similar industries can be considered.
Should be comfortable handling multiple stores/sites and vendor coordination.
Valuable reporting, negotiation, coordination and organizational skills.
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
